Before becoming a successful writer, Mandasue was a singer for many years. Her early performances in panto and various stage shows were followed by singing in a country & western cabaret band. After moving to Manchester in the early 80’s, she became involved in original music, fronting a rock band, and sessioning with various jazz, blues and soul outfits. She now writes and records music with her partner, composer/producer/ photographer/videographer, Wingrove Ward
